- Does the site make heavy use of technologies such as 'Flash' that limits the accessibility to the site?
- Is the site complete? (Sites that are visibly under construction are not rated as highly)
- Were there any registration requirements? (Sites which require registration to view the majority of their content are not rated as highly.)
